Booking Deposit Policy

Deposit Requirement

  • A booking deposit is required to secure an appointment.

  • The deposit will be credited towards the service on the day of the appointment during checkout.

Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time without losing the deposit.

  • The deposit will "float" to the new appointment date if the rescheduling occurs more than 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations

  • If the client cancels more than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be refunded in full.

  • If the client cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

Forfeiture of Deposit

  • The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or a no-show.

  • A new deposit will be required for any future bookings if the deposit is forfeited due to late cancellations or rescheduling.

Payment Methods

  • Deposits can be paid via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods at the time of booking.

Policy Acceptance

  • By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, clients agree to the terms of this Non-Refundable Deposit Policy.
