Booking Deposit Policy
Deposit Requirement
A booking deposit is required to secure an appointment.
The deposit will be credited towards the service on the day of the appointment during checkout.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time without losing the deposit.
The deposit will "float" to the new appointment date if the rescheduling occurs more than 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations
If the client cancels more than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If the client cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
Forfeiture of Deposit
The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or a no-show.
A new deposit will be required for any future bookings if the deposit is forfeited due to late cancellations or rescheduling.
Payment Methods
Deposits can be paid via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods at the time of booking.
Policy Acceptance
By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, clients agree to the terms of this Non-Refundable Deposit Policy.
